Discover a Better Way of Student Living

A unique student residence and co living space in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn in partnership with Penny Hotel. Unlike traditional dorm rooms, our student residents will have access to a range of thoughtfully designed shared spaces and access to community driven programming in the building.


The dorm wing of the building has a separate, safe and secure entrance to 5 dedicated floors of student only housing.

Students can reserve the space via app for free. Schools may also reserve the space for events at minimal cost (dependent on event).


The community team will be available daily


There are two dedicated student elevators that will be staffed 24/7 and can only be accessed via a key fob for security purposes.


Need a quiet place to study or read? The Library is available 24/7 for student use only. You can simply reserve your spot via app.


Stow your bike for safe keeping in a designated area which will be monitored 24/7 by a security camera.


The student lounge will be open 24/7 offering a variety of seating options and high-speed WiFi to support living and learning. Lounge amongst cozy couches, armchairs, and cafe tables.
